Diane Stein

Diane brings a broad depth of experience in paralegal support to ACK Injury Law.  She is responsible for managing all firm files and overseeing the preparation of firm documents, management of medical records and trial preparation, ensuring her team is fully prepared for trial.  Her analytical skills and attention to detail helps support and manage the caseloads of multiple attorneys.  She embraces the responsibility to assist clients and walk them through the legal process while providing support and taking a personal interest in each of the firm’s clients.

Diane has dedicated her entire career to personal injury litigation and joined ACK Injury Law to continue her passion of helping people in times of need. Her expertise in her profession and her kind, caring manner are invaluable assets to the ACK Injury Law team. Diane has attended numerous seminars and continuing education courses related to trial preparation and other pertinent personal injury issues. 

In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
